DRAFT FOR OPERATOR / COUNSEL APPROVAL
Make-it-right and refund framework
Marketplace Outcome Kits
We'll make it right if an Outcome Kit does not work as represented. We normally try correction, adaptation, an alternative Outcome Kit, or account credit before an eligible refund. Eligibility depends on actual failure, compatibility, represented fit, usability, good-faith behavior, and transaction history. This is not an unlimited-refund promise.
Private Outcome Kits
Commissioned work is paid in stages. Once agreed work has been performed under the accepted agreement, those amounts are earned. If we miss an agreed acceptance criterion, we will first work to correct it during the cure period. A failed cure may allow termination of remaining unperformed scope; it does not automatically refund completed milestones.
Enterprise and Exclusive Engines
Payment, acceptance, remediation, termination, and refund rights are governed by the signed statement of work. Significant refunds require authorized human review; the system never automatically processes a high-value enterprise refund.
Mandatory rights under applicable law are not waived. Final jurisdiction-specific language requires operator and counsel approval.
