Privacy notice

Right Engines processes account identifiers, problem descriptions, clarification answers, uploaded files, purchases, commissions, transactional records, and privacy-minimized product events to provide and improve the service. Raw problem text and file contents are excluded from product analytics.

Uploaded files are account-authorized and are not assigned public URLs. Retention metadata is stored with each file. Customers may export or delete account data, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, transaction, and dispute-retention requirements that must be finalized before launch.

Service providers may process data for hosting, private storage, transactional email, payments, security, and operations. Buyer material is not authorized for public inventory, model training, or generalized reuse unless the buyer explicitly grants that permission.

Final processor list, retention periods, jurisdiction, contact details, and statutory privacy rights require operator and counsel approval.
