Private Outcome Kit

A private-use license and its effective milestone are defined in the accepted commission agreement. Buyer inputs and private deliverables are not public inventory.

Exclusive rights and buyout

Exclusive rights take effect only after the agreement's payment and acceptance triggers. Source handoff or buyout occurs only when expressly purchased and those conditions are satisfied. No quote or partial payment transfers exclusivity accidentally.

Final license scope, territory, duration, sublicensing, third-party components, and statutory terms require operator and counsel approval.
