Enterprise and Exclusive Engine framework

Every significant engagement is controlled by a specific signed statement of work. It must state the engagement fee, project-specific milestone schedule, payment rail, acceptance criteria, cure period, change-order process, termination rights, intellectual-property and license rights, exclusivity triggers, source handoff, maintenance, support, cancellation, and remedies.

Enterprise payment may use invoicing, ACH, wire, or another approved rail; consumer Checkout is not assumed. Exclusive rights and source handoff do not take effect until the contract's payment and acceptance conditions are met.

There is no blanket money-back guarantee and no automated high-value refund. Material refunds require contractual basis, evidence, an authorized human approver, an audit event, and a second approval above the configured threshold.

This framework remains configurable and requires operator and counsel approval before use.
