DRAFT FOR OPERATOR / COUNSEL APPROVAL

Private Outcome Kit commission terms

Each commission requires an accepted scope or statement of work defining deliverables, engagement and architecture fee, milestone schedule, what each milestone buys, acceptance criteria, review level, privacy, rights, support, cancellation, and remedies.

Payment and acceptance

Payments are not treated as earned merely because they cleared. A payment becomes earned only when the agreed work or contractual event occurs. You may accept a milestone, request remediation against a named criterion, or dispute it against that criterion.

Correction and scope changes

A reported defect enters a cure workflow: identify the criterion, plan remediation, correct, retest, and review. New or expanded scope is a change order, not a defect. Additional work begins only after required approval of price, schedule, rights, and support impacts.

Cancellation and termination

For convenience cancellation, completed or earned work remains payable while unperformed future milestones are not automatically earned. Uncured material failure, non-payment, and mutual termination follow the accepted agreement, including which deliverables and rights transfer.
